Now-a-day everyone is so busy rushing in the mornings and we are all guilty of the fast granola bar grab, or even no breakfast at all, but like our parents always use to say, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!”
After a long night of fasting, your body needs breakfast to wake your metabolism for another day of work, fun and yummy eating.
So, all you breakfast eaters out there get ready because this multipurpose breakfast recipe will leave everyone in your family begging for more!
I know what you’re thinking, “isn’t making bread time consuming and hard?” Well we have fixed all those problems for you.
This recipe, like many of our recipes, is super easy and fun! The whole family can help with this!
Serving Size: (1) Loaf Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 35-40 Minutes
2 cups of Cinnamon Toast Almond Butter (This recipe is great for any of our Butters!)
6 large eggs
2 Tablespoons of vinegar
1 Teaspoon of baking soda
2 Teaspoons of granulated white sugar
Fun extras: Raisins, Chocolate chips or if you love Cinnamon – toss in a pinch!
Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. After that is done, butter your Loaf pan and set inside your refrigerator for use later on.
Step 2: In a large bowl add your almond butter, eggs, vinegar, baking soda, and sugar. After everything is in the bowl use a hand mixer to combined everything together until everything is mixed in well, and the texture is creamy.
Step 3: Pour your bread batter into your loaf pan. After all the batter is in the pan smooth out the top layer of the batter to ensure even cooking.
Step 4: place your loaf pan in your 350-degree oven and bake for 35-40 minutes
Tips: A little trick to know when your bread is done is by touching the surface of the bread and if it bounces back, Its ready! Also, if you stick a tooth pick in the bread and it comes out clean it is ready to come out!
Step 5: Once your bread is ready, remove from the oven and let it cool for 15-20 minutes before taking it out of the loaf pan. Then slice!
Like many people, our Nut Up team loves breakfast! Once our awesome almond butter Breakfast bread was done we decided to transform it into a breakfast dish you will not want to miss out on.

Cook Time: 5 Minutes
*8 slices of your almond butter breakfast bread
2 large eggs
1 cup of milk
1 ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Cinnamon
Step 1: In a medium bowl combined eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon and whisk tell everything is mixed together well.
Step 2: Grab a large pan or griddle and heat up on medium to low heat, throw on a little butter and let it melt down!
Step 3: while your pan or griddle is heating up take your slices of bread and put them into the egg batter you just mixed together. Coat each side of the bread every well.
Step 4: Once your bread is coated in the batter and your pan/griddle are heated up, place your bread slices in the pan or griddle and cook until either side has a nice brown crust on it.
Once your French toast is cooked to your liking, slap on some butter, pour on some syrup and you have a warm plate of Amazing Cinnamon Almond butter breakfast bread French Toast!
