There nothing better than starting your morning with delicious and crispy waffles, The only thing that might be better? Adding in a little Almond Butter for incredible flavor and a healthy dose of protein.
- 1 1/4 cup Oatmeal Flour
- 4 tsps Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Nut Up Almond Butter
- 1 2/3 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Preheat your waffle iron to medium heat setting.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together.
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients. Combined with dry ingredients in the large bowl.
Mix dry and wet ingredients well. Fold egg whites into the batter one at a time.
Add any additional optional toppings like blueberries or chocolate chips.
Spray the surfaces of the waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour the waffle mixture into the waffle iron with a ladle.
Top with your favorite fruits and syrups... and enjoy!
