Almond Butter Blossoms
A new Almond spin on a classic 5 ingredient Blossom recipe. This cookie will be a family favorite at every ocassion. Perfect for enjoying as an after dinner desserts and with morning coffees. We would like to thank Cindy Miller for providing us with this family recipe!
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3/4 cup Nut Up Almond Butter
- 2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 bowl Granulated Sugar
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
In a large bowl, beat sweetended condensed milk with almond butter until smooth.
Add Bisquick mix and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in sugar and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 6-8 minutes. Watch the cookies carefully after 6 minutes to determine when to remove them. The cookies will not flatten in the oven.
Press an unwrapped Hershey Kiss chocolate into the center of each cookie ball. This will flatten out the cookie and the sides with crack a bit.
