Almond Butter Breakfast Bread

We are all guilty of grabbing the fast granola bar, or even skipping breakfast all together, but like our parents have always said, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!”

  • 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Almond Butter or any of our butters!
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Granulated White Sugar
  • Optional Raisins, Chocolate Chips, or our Natural CHOPPED Almonds


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. After that is done, butter your Loaf pan and set inside your refrigerator for use later on.

  2. In a large bowl add your almond butter, eggs, vinegar, baking soda, and sugar. After everything is in the bowl use a hand mixer to combined everything together until everything is mixed in well, and the texture is creamy.

  3. Pour your bread batter into your loaf pan. After all the batter is in the pan smooth out the top layer of the batter to ensure even cooking.

  4. Place your loaf pan in your 350-degree oven and bake for 35-40 minutes

  5. Once your bread is ready, remove from the oven and let it cool for 15-20 minutes before taking it out of the loaf pan. Then slice!

Recipe Notes

A little trick to know when your bread is done - lightly press the surface of the bread. If it bounces back, it is ready!
