Raspberry Almond Bars

Crunchy, sweet, and perfect with a cup of coffee. It doesn't get much better than this!


  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 6 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Cold butter cut into small cubes
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 cup Seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast CHOPPED


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13" cake pan with non-stick spray.

  2. Mix flour and brown sugar with an electric mixer a few times to combine. Add the butter, egg and almond extract and mix until the mixture is crumbly.

  3. Set about 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture aside. Pour the remaining crumbs into the greased pan and press down into an even layer. 

  4. Bake for 10 minutes. 

  5. Remove crust from oven and spread  jam over the top of the crust. Then sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and CHOPPED almonds. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is a light golden brown.

  6. Let cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
