4 Ingredient Almond Flour Pancakes
4 ingredient almond flour pancakes? Say less!!
We added a little color twist in honor of Easter.
- 1 Banana
- ½ Cups Nut Up Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Cinnamon Sugar
Food Coloring drops (optional)
In a bowl peel one whole banana and mash it up.
Next crack two eggs into the same bowl as the mashed up banana. Mix well with a whisk.
Slowly whisk in your almond flour and add in your cinnamon sugar. Whisk until everything is well combined.
These next steps are optional.
Decide how many different color pancakes you want to make and grab out that many bowls. Slowly pour your pancake mix into each bowl.
Add your food coloring into the pancake mix. Put in as many drops as you need until you get to a desired color.
Grab out a large sauté pan and turn the temperature to medium-high. Add a small amount of butter to the pan and wait tell it melts.
Once the butter melts slowly pour in your pancake mix. Size of the pancakes don't matter.
Cook the pancake for a few minutes on each side. Once done top with all your favorite fixings. ENJOY!!
