Almond Butter Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies
Making homemade cookies can be a drag! Don’t worry; over at Nut Up we cut down the stress with an easy mouthwatering cookie recipe that people of all ages can enjoy!
- 1 full jar Nut Up’s Natural Almond butter
- ½ cup Brown sugar (light or dark brown sugar both work perfect)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Favorite chocolate chip cookies
- ½ cup Caramel bits
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
With a large mixing bowl add the one large egg whisk until beaten. Add in your whole jar of Nut Up Natural Almond butter and hand mix together until well combined. Then add the brown sugar (Note: Its better if brown sugar is lightly packed), baking soda, vanilla, caramel bits and your chocolate chips. Then by hand mix all the ingredients together
Take a medium scoop or just a tablespoon and roll your dough into golf ball size balls and place them onto baking sheets. Once they are all placed light press down your dough balls and add a pinch of sea salt to the top.
When your oven reaches 350 degrees, place in your cookies and let them bake for 10 minutes. (Note: Cookies will come out Soft and Chewy. For a more well-done cookie bake for 12 minutes)
After cookies are done baking take them out to rest for 10 minutes and ENJOY!
