- 1.5 oz bags of Nut Up Industries Garlic Parmesan Chopped almonds
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley (Optional)
- Olive Oil (or Any oil you prefer)
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Take your Nut Up garlic Parmesan Chopped Almonds and place them into a food processor. (I used a Manual food processor) Add a splash of oil, parsley, and chop down mixture until almost ground and ingredients are well combined.
Lightly oil your baking sheet. Place Salmon Fillets on a baking sheet and pat them dry.
Season the salmon filets with a pinch of salt and pepper. Once the filets are seasoned take a spoon and lightly spread your Dijon Mustard on the top of each filet. (Note: Only use one side of the fish. If the fish has skin use the other side.)
Sprinkle your Nut up Chopped Almond Mixture on each salmon filet and pack it on.
Once your oven has reached the internal temperature of 400 Degrees, place your baking sheet in and cook for 8-10 Minutes. (10 minutes for well done)
(Note: Salmon should start to turn a Pinky opaque color once done or reach an internal temperature of 145 Degrees)
This beautiful Salmon dish can be paired with any kind of rice and your favorite seasonal vegetable or for a lighter version over a bed of your favorite salad mix.
