Almond Body Scrub

Almonds aren't just for eating. This body scrub exfoliates, moisturizes, and smells amazing thanks to lavender essential oil! Not a fan of lavender? Use your favorite essential oil. This wonderful scrub took less than 5 minutes to whip up. With just three ingredients, you can't go wrong! 


  • 1.5 cup Raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp Melted coconut oil
  • 5 drops Lavender essential oil or EO of your choice


  1. Pulse almonds in blender until it coarsely ground (about the same as ground coffee)

  2. Add in coconut oil and essential oil drops

  3. Transfer to a glass container. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.

  4. Slather all over your body in the bath or shower for exfoliated and moisturized skin!

Sore Muscles: Eucalyptus and/or Peppermint 

Relaxing: Lavender and/or Chamomile
